Watch Chef Dario Alagucci, alongside an authentic Italian nonna, prepare fresh pasta by hand before your eyes. Begin with a St-Germain Spritz welcome drink and a selection of Italian antipasti, before enjoying three freshly prepared pasta dishes inspired by recipes passed down through generations.
